Five keen and eager Beavers joined the Cubs and the Scouts for the Saturday of “Group Camp”. After meeting the rest of the Group and joining in Flag Beak we went to pitch our tents so that we had a base at camp. Unfortunately the tents had not been used for quite a while and Hobby did warn them that they might find a few unwelcome squatters in the tents. However the fearless Beavers were not fazed at the prospect of finding spiders, lizards, frogs, snails etc tucked away in the folds of the canvas (plastic). Soon the tents were up and you can see the boys happily insitu. |
